How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend 4–6 weeks for packages and tents, and 2–3 weeks for custom acrylic or printed signage. Peak weekends fill quickly — reach out early.

What’s included in delivery and setup? +

Delivered orders include professional delivery, setup, and breakdown of tents and rentals. Within our 20-mile base service area around Augusta, delivery is a flat $50. Beyond 20 miles, additional fees apply (see our Service Area page).

Do you require a deposit? +

Delivered orders do not require a deposit. For pickup orders, we collect a deposit at pickup that is held against the rental and cleaning fee, and returned when equipment comes back clean and undamaged.

Is there a cleaning fee? +

Yes — a flat $25 cleaning fee is added to every order. It is fully refunded when equipment is returned clean.

Can I pick up rentals myself? +

Yes. Chairs, tables, linens, acrylic, and decor can be picked up at our Grovetown location. Tents are delivery and professional setup only for safety.

What’s your cancellation / weather policy? +

We work with you to reschedule when weather or emergencies arise. Specific terms are included in your rental agreement.

Do you provide permits for tents? +

Permitting is the client’s responsibility. We provide tent specifications and dimensions to support your permit application.

How do balloon arches work indoors vs. outdoors? +

Indoor arches hold their shape longest. Outdoor heat and wind can shorten display life — we’ll set expectations for your venue when you book.

Do the tents have sidewalls or lighting? +

Sidewalls (per section) and string-light packages are available as add-ons. Ask on your quote request.

How long do you keep the tent up? +

Standard rental covers one event day. Multi-day rates are available on request.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept common local payment methods — cash, check, and card (details confirmed on your invoice). Ask if you need a specific option.
