Rental terms

These terms summarize how Savannah River Party Rentals schedules deliveries, handles deposits, and protects equipment. A formal rental agreement may supersede this summary for individual bookings.
Deposits
Delivered orders do not require a deposit. Pickup orders require a deposit at pickup. The deposit is held against the rental value and cleaning fee, and is returned when all equipment is returned clean and undamaged.
Cleaning fee
A flat $25 cleaning fee is added to every order. The fee is fully refunded when equipment is returned clean.
Tents
Tents are delivery and professional setup only. Customers may not pick up or install tents. Staking patterns follow manufacturer guidance; underground utilities are the customer’s responsibility to mark.
Service area
Delivery pricing is based on mileage bands from Augusta: 0–20 miles ($50), 20–30 miles ($75), 30–40 miles ($100). Service beyond 40 miles is generally unavailable — ask if you are near the edge of our coverage.
Permits
Tent permits are the customer’s responsibility. We provide specifications needed for applications upon request.
Weather & rescheduling
We collaborate with clients to reschedule events when severe weather threatens safety. Specific cancellation windows and forfeiture rules are defined in your signed rental agreement.
Damages
Customers are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear. Replacement costs will be invoiced at published retail or repair rates.
Payment
Payment methods and due dates are listed on your invoice. Taxes may apply based on Georgia / South Carolina rules for your venue.
